For more than three decades, we have worked alongside restaurants, distributors and retailers, ensuring the highest food safety, animal welfare and employee safety throughout our supply chain. We take pride in the entire process, from the farmland, to the livestock, to the processing facilities. Because we raise our own animals as well as the crops they eat, we can provide unmatched quality.

As we strive to maintain our high standards and improve our processes, we continue to integrate our farms and feedlots so we can easily track our quality and supply from start to finish. It also allows us to maintain constant supply, so you never need to worry about backorders or long waits.

Thanks to our time in the industry, we have become a major player in the production and export of high quality Canadian meats, including bison, elk, horse and beef. Along with our sister company, Viande Richelieu, we own and operate two federally inspected facilities, one in southern Alberta, and the second in Quebec. By controlling the farmland, breeding, livestock, feed and processing of our animals, we ensure nothing but the highest quality across our entire operation.
